Guiding Reputation, Ethos, Attitude and Team

Your reputation matters and is of paramount importance. If your wine farm is customer-facing, you could be vulnerable to negative attitudes, complaints and incidents. This workshop is designed to help you cope with situations that could risk your good reputation.

How do we resolve potential conflict and loss of reputation?

How do we resolve potential conflict and loss of reputation?

This 3-hour workshop offers tools and techniques to support your hospitality team so that they may be more creative, collaborative and confident not only when dealing with challenging guests and difficult circumstances but also in delivering the exceptional personal service you would want to be remembered and renowned for.
The two-part interactive workshop is non-challenging yet thought-provoking; it is stimulating, fun and productive; it is designed to demonstrate to all participants how quickly and easily confidence can be promoted and elicit automatic positive responses.
